Art has always been about evoking feeling. While creativity & skill are important, I show up for my clients with the belief that you can’t fake real emotions and I can’t create fond memories for you. I am there to document. What is unfolding in front of me will always be more important. Being present on your day and prioritizing your experience will outweigh any artistic endeavor. Looking back on images is powerful, you can remember so vividly that exact moment and what it felt like, as if you were being teleported back in time.
Your wedding day should feel like the warmest, fuziest hug of everyone in your life being there. Grandparents’ expressions, dad walking you down the aisle, the mother son dance, and those tear-jerking speeches. I understand how much effort you put into planning your day, and how much you give to your relationship. And with that, I am pretty old school and take my art seriously. In a world full of artificial intelligence and advanced do-it-for-you software, I want you to know that I handle each and every photo in your gallery with my own eyes and hands. I put my heart and soul into every gallery and there’s not an image in there that I didn’t thoughtfully curate.

A Little Peek Into My World
I live in Duluth with my fiance and our german shepherd named Olive. I moved up north after graduating from the University of Minnesota- Twin Cities with a degree in Architecture. So I love home improvements, decor, and all things design related. I love a good craft cocktail, country music, lake life, traveling, and my family. I’ve been asking for a horse since I could talk, I can’t remember a time I didn’t want to be a cowgirl. I’ve always had that rugged spirit in me that can’t sit still and craves some work that requires getting dirty & using my hands. I hold my relationships (friends & family) above all else. I believe you are who you surround yourself with and my people will always come first in my life, which is why I cherish your wedding day as both a celebration of your love story and a gathering of everyone who loves and supports you.

BASED IN Minnesota — Photographing WORLDWIDE
I travel to most US states for no additional cost. I love Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, Idaho, Oregon, the Black Hills of South Dakota, and Florida + Arizona in the winter. While Minnesota will always be home, I am happy to travel to your vision! Immerse me in your life! The photos will be everything you dreamed of (and you’ll have them FOREVER)!
